Announcing: The New Live Check-In App

At FundEasy, we’re committed to making your event management smoother and more efficient. That’s why we’re thrilled to announce the new FundEasy Live Check-In App, part of the v4 upgrade. This update has been designed with feedback from customers in mind, providing a host of new features and enhancements that will transform how you handle check-ins at your events.

Here’s why the new Live Check-In App stands out:

1. Available for All Devices

No matter what device you or your team prefers, the new check-in app is there for you. It’s now available on both Android and Apple devices. Best of all, you’ll no longer be locked out of your FundEasy account while checking in guests, meaning you can multitask seamlessly. In the past, the app was only available on Apple devices, and users couldn’t access their FundEasy account until check-in was complete. Now, that hassle is gone.

2. Check-In by Activity

Hosting multiple activities during an event, like a VIP reception, dinner, or post-party? No problem! With the new app, you can check guests in for each individual activity. This feature simplifies attendance tracking, ensuring you know exactly who’s attending what, and when. It’s a level of flexibility event hosts will love.

3. No More Hub – Online Option Available

Say goodbye to extra equipment! The previous version required a separate wifi router and a second app called “the hub” to sync your check-in data. Now, you have two simple options:

  •    Online mode: Sync your data over the venue’s wifi or cellular data.

  •    Offline mode: Sync your data via QR codes. This means you won’t need any additional equipment, making it easier than ever to manage check-ins.

4. Fast Check-Ins with QR Code Scanning

The check-in process just got even faster! Instead of manually searching for guest names, you can now scan QR codes for each guest. Of course, the option to search by name is still available, but with QR scanning, you’ll reduce wait times and speed up your guest flow.

5. Quick View for Special Information

One of the most requested features is finally here! With the new quick view functionality, you can now see important guest information at a glance, such as VIP status or food allergies. The previous version didn’t allow for any "special registration fields" to be visible during check-in, but this new feature ensures that key details are easily accessible, helping your team deliver a personalized guest experience.

6. Live Check-In for Peer-to-Peer Events Coming Soon

While the first release of the Live Check-In App focuses on Attendance, future updates will bring the same game-changing features to Peer-to-Peer events as well. This is an exciting development, as the previous version of the check-in app only supported Attendance. Stay tuned for this powerful update!

Conclusion

FundEasy’s new Live Check-In App is designed to simplify event management and improve guest experiences. With support for all devices, activity-specific check-ins, quick view for special details, and QR code scanning, we’re taking event check-ins to the next level. Plus, with the upcoming Peer-to-Peer support, the future is even brighter.
