+ Can I import an email list?
Yes! Invitations can be sent to an imported email list within Peer-to-Peer.
+ How long does it take to set up a fundraiser?
Not long at all! We've seen many fundraisers launch the same day they're created. So if you're reading this and feeling a little "behind the ball", don't worry. You can get the fundraising gears turning in no time!
+ When do we get the online donations?
You can set up settlements to be made daily, weekly, or monthly for direct deposit, or weekly or monthly for recurring checks. Generally speaking, there is a two-day settlement period for transactions.
+ Can we use our own credit card processor?
You can if WePay is your merchant! Peer-to-Peer partners exclusively with WePay to provide credit card processing for registration fees and donations. You'll be able to manage and report on transactions all within your Peer-to-Peer fundraiser. If you don't already have a WePay Account, you will be prompted to create one when setting up your first fundraiser. Don't worry, the process is painless and takes less than 5 minutes.
