+ How do I get started?
Simply select a plan! You'll then be guided through creating your organization's account and finalizing your subscription. Save on the All Access, Attendance and Peer-to-Peer plans by choosing the annual payment option when subscribing.
+ Can I buy just one event?
We don't sell events a la cart. We have found that the organizations who have the most success in fundraising are those who host several events and fundraisers. This is why our affordable subscriptions include access to unlimited events and/or fundraisers throughout the year!
+ Is there an additional "per-registrant" charge?
No! There are no hidden fees. Simply the subscription price and listed processing and platform fees.
+ Can I subscribe for just a few months?
All subscriptions are a 12-month commitment and give you access to the products for a full year.
+ Can I fundraise as an individual?
Unfortunately, no. FundEasy is intended solely for nonprofit fundraising.
+ Do you offer nonprofit pricing?
Since we only work with not-for-profit organizations, our standard pricing is nonprofit pricing.
+ What's the cancellation policy?
All subscriptions include a 14-day money back guarantee. If you wish to cancel your subscription after the first 14-days, the full year of your subscription will be due. More information is available on our legal page.
+ Does my organization need to be a nonprofit to use FundEasy?
Your organization does need to be a registered 501(c)3 or 501(c)4 nonprofit.
+ What integrations are included?
FundEasy has direct integrations with Mailchimp, Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, eKyros, WayCool, and Zapier. These integrations are all included with every subscription!
Through Zapier, you can integrate with thousands of different apps such as constant contact, Quickbooks online, SMS apps and more!
We also provide an integration with Raiser’s Edge through a partner. We would be happy happy to provide an introduction for you to discuss the integration and pricing with our partner.
+ Is the Attendance Check-in App included?
Yes! Access to the Attendance Check-in App is now included with every Attendance and All Access subcription! Planning a virtual or hybrid event? Use the Express Self Check-in Feature for your virtual guests.
+ What are processing and platform fees?
Processing Fees are fees charged by our merchant for processing credit cards. For Attendance, Peer-to-Peer and all card types, this fee is a standard 2.9% + 30¢ per transaction.
Platform Fees in Peer-to-Peer mean that FundEasy only profits if you do! Our 4% platform fee is a very competitive rate among online fundraising platforms.
You can offer donors the option to cover processing & platform fees when giving. On average, 70% of donors choose to cover these fees which means you receive 100% of the intended donation!
