Current Status
RESOLVED: Email Delivery Outage
Email delivery has been restored on the FundEasy platform. All outgoing emails are now sending normally, and any delays have been resolved. See below for more details and recent updates.
10/23/2025, 8 AM CT - UPDATE, EMAIL DELIVERY RESTORED
We are pleased to report that email delivery is now restored on FundEasy. Over the past several days, email messages sent from our platform were experiencing significant delays or were not delivered at all. This was caused by a recent change in security from our email provider, which impacted our legacy system.
As of this morning, our development team has implemented a fix to bring our email integrations in line with the provider’s updated requirements. Outgoing emails are now sending and being delivered as expected, and we continue to process the backlog.
We appreciate your patience and understanding while we resolved this issue. If you experience any continued email issues, please contact our support team for assistance.

We are currently investigating an issue affecting email delivery for all customers. You may notice that emails show as delivered in your dashboard, but recipients are not receiving them promptly. Our team is actively working to identify the cause and restore normal service. We appreciate your patience and will share updates as we learn more.
10/22/2025, 12:00 PM CT - UPDATE, EMAIL FAILING TO SEND
We’ve identified that the email issue has become more severe, and at this time, outgoing emails are not being sent. Our team is urgently working on a fix in collaboration with our technology partners. We understand the importance of reliable email delivery and apologize for the disruption.
