Current Status

The previously reported issue with email has been resolved.

There is currently an issue preventing users from logging into the Live Check-in App for FundEasy v4. Our team is working on a resolution and will provide further updates as they’re available. THIS DOES NOT EFFECT LIVE CHECK-IN IN FUNDEASY v3.

4/29/2025, 10:18 AM CT - EMAIL IS FULLY OPERATIONAL

Emails are working as expected. All emails that were queued during the outage have been addressed. If you have any further questions, please contact support at support@fundeasy.com.


4/25/2025, 2:45 PM CT - UPDATE

We’re currently investigating an issue affecting email delivery. Some messages that were queued during the outage are being sent successfully, while others are not. Our team is actively working to identify the cause and will share more information as soon as we have it.


4/25/2025, 12:21 PM CT - UPDATE

All required security updates have been completed and AWS has finished their review of our account and reinstated our email service. Emails that have been queued will be sent over the next few hours.

The required system changes have been completed on our end, and we're now awaiting AWS's review and reinstatement of email service.

We’re currently working with our email provider (AWS) to meet a new security requirement on their end. This involves updating credentials and making a quick system change in FundEasy. Once completed, their team will review and we expect email sending to resume shortly after. Thanks for your patience!

We are awaiting further instructions from AWS. Email remains paused at this time but we are working to resume delivery ASAP.

4/23/2025, 11:30 PM CT - UPDATE

We received a response from AWS asking for more information. We’re working to provide them with all requested data.


4/23/2025, 2:33 PM CT - UPDATE

Email delivery was paused on 4/23/25 at 12:27pm CT by Amazon Web Services after they detected an unusual number of email complaints. The complaints were traced to misuse of the email invitation tool in a fake customer account created late last night. The account and user access have been removed and we are working with AWS to resume email delivery ASAP.

4/23/2025, 1:17 PM CT - We are currently experiencing an issue with our email server platform.

Email delivery was paused at 12:27pm CT.

Areas Effected:

  • Email Invitations

  • Confirmation emails

  • Send email

  • All event communications

We are working diligently to resolve this issue.
