Current Status

Email delivery is currently paused, however, emails are being queued and should send once email resumes.

4/24/2025, 9:18 AM CT - UPDATE

We’re continuing to work with AWS to provide all requested information, email remains paused at this time but we are working to resume delivery ASAP.

4/23/2025, 11:30 PM CT - UPDATE

We received a response from AWS asking for more information. We’re working to provide them with all requested data.

4/23/2025, 2:33 PM CT - UPDATE

Email delivery was paused on 4/23/25 at 12:27pm CT by Amazon Web Services after they detected an unusual number of email complaints. The complaints were traced to misuse of the email invitation tool in a fake customer account created late last night. The account and user access have been removed and we are working with AWS to resume email delivery ASAP.

4/23/2025, 1:17 PM CT - We are currently experiencing an issue with our email server platform.

Email delivery was paused at 12:27pm CT.

Areas Effected:

  • Email Invitations

  • Confirmation emails

  • Send email

  • All event communications

We are working diligently to resolve this issue.
