Designed to streamline guest management the day of the event, this feature-rich tool offers flexibility, efficiency, and enhanced usability, empowering you to create customized seating arrangements with ease.

  • Layouts for Each Activity: Whether your event includes a banquet, concert, reception, or any combination of activities, you can create distinct layouts for each one. Simply name your layout, link it to the corresponding event activity, and get started. This flexibility ensures that every aspect of your event is meticulously planned.

 
 
  • Customizable Settings: Choose your layout design, select your default color and table shape, and decide between snap-to-grid options or a freeform whiteboard to align the layout perfectly with your vision. These settings can be modified at any time, providing you with complete control over your design process.

  • Shape, Color, and Label Customization: Choose from multiple shape options to best reflect your event seating, set individual seating capacities as needed, and customize labels to identify your tables with numbers, host names, letters, or anything else you can imagine! Table colors can be set using color code or eyedropper to give you ultimate flexibility to visually represent sponsorship levels or ticket types.

 
 
  • Dynamic Group Assignment: Effortlessly assign groups to tables with a simple drag-and-drop interface. The tool intelligently tracks capacity, alerting you when a table is full and offering options to split groups across multiple tables. This feature is particularly useful for managing large groups and ensuring everyone is comfortably seated.

  • Add and Manage Objects: Beyond guest tables, layouts allow you to place additional room objects like a merch table, a podium, or a buffet table to accurately reflect the layout of the room. Use custom labels to indicate entrances or exits or designate check-in stations. These objects can be rotated, moved, and customized, giving you the flexibility to design a layout that’s both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

 
 
  • Conversion to Group Tables: If you decide later that an object should serve as a table for guests, simply toggle the settings, assign a capacity, and it’s ready to assign your attendees.

 
 

✂️ Easy Access and Reuse

  • All Event Files: Each event’s specific table charts are stored under the "All Event Files" tab, ensuring that your layout remains organized and event-specific unless saved as a favorite for future use.

  • Customer Favorites: Save time in future events by marking successful table layouts as favorites. These layouts are stored under the "Customer Favorites" tab, making them easily accessible for reuse in subsequent years.

 
 
  • Layout Management: Once your layout is complete, you can save, rename, export, print, or even delete it directly from the tool. The ability to export and print layouts ensures that you have a physical copy on hand, ready to guide event setup on the day.
