Virtual Events Made Easier!

2020 brought about a new event trend that is not soon to go away: Virtual and Hybrid Events.

We’ve made some major updates in order to make managing those events simple!

When adding your next event, you’ll now be prompted to select your event type — In-person, Hybrid, or Virtual.

In-person events will give you the same options you already know and love.

Hybrid events will give your guests the option to attend either In-Person or Virtually.

For Hybrid events, the Manage Registrants tool will clearly display how guests are registered and allow you to drag-and-drop to change their registration from in-person to virtual or vice versa!

To report on your virtual or in-person groups, simply select the groups to include in the report from the Manage Registrants tool, then click “View as Report”. (More reporting options coming soon!)

Virtual events now exclude maps and parking information from all webpages and emails, as there’s nowhere for guests to drive to.

We’ve also made some great feature updates to the check-in process for virtual and hybrid events!

Virtual events are here to stay — and now they’re easier than ever! 🥳
