Updates to Event Statistics!

Stats Are Now More Interactive!

This month, we released some changes to the Event Dashboard that allow you to click on each stat to drill in for more detail.

New Dashboard Stat:

New this month: we added a new stat to the Dashboard for events using WePay — Covered Fees! This gives you a high-level view of how many sponsors are opting to cover your processing fees! Although this ability to cover processing fees is fairly new to FundEasy, we are noticing that on average, 60–80% of event processing fees are being covered during checkout!

Total Raised Updates:

The Total Raised stat now includes the following totals from your FundEasy event:

• Walker Registration Fees

• Sponsorship Donations

• Corporate Sponsors

• Declined Registrations who made a payment or sponsorship

For Attendance, the “Total Raised” stat now includes:

• Registration Fees

• Corporate Sponsors

• Declined Registrations who made a payment or sponsorship

These stats will also be reflected on the charts below the summary.

Event Summary Report Updates:

In addition, the “Event Summary” report got an overhaul this release. It now includes more detail for FundEasy events in both from where the money is coming as well as a more detailed summary from Live Attendance (if applicable).
