We’re really excited to share that our Live Chat Support is back! You can chat with a live member of our support team Monday through Friday, from 10:00am - 5:00pm Central Time. 

To chat with support, choose “Get Help” from the “?” Menu within your account.

Our Support Agents are quick to respond, and happy to point you in the right direction!

Once you’ve used chat, you can quickly access it again by clicking the widget in the bottom right corner of your browser.

We’ve missed chatting with you and look forward to saying hello next time you have a question!

The Knowledge Base

Available 24/7, our Knowledge Base directs you to our help articles which are chock full of step-by-step instructions, screenshots and videos.

Access the Knowledge Base from the “?” Menu in your account.

Use the search bar at the top of the Knowledge Base to search for what you need to know.

Note: We also offer a Peer-to-Peer Knowledge Base for participants. They can access this Knowledge Base by clicking the Help link in the top right corner of their page.

Send an email to support@fundeasy.com. Our Support Team is available to answer your questions via email Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm Central Time, and typically responds to emails within several business hours.

Live Check-in

Using the Live Check-in app? We’ll never leave you hanging at an after-hours event! Live Check-in help is available during regular hours from the Support Team, and after hours by calling (847) 628-7746, then selecting option 3.
