My story

When I stepped into my role as an event coordinator at Life Network, it was difficult to figure out what the events had looked like in the past. Details were recorded in various places, and putting them together for the first event was like putting together a very complicated puzzle.

After piecing it all together (and making the spreadsheet of all spreadsheets), the unexpected happened: a freak early-fall blizzard closed down the entire city and our banquet had to be postponed.

When the event was rescheduled for 2 weeks later, I of course had to re-do everything. The details that had taken months to nail down then had to be redone in a matter of days! Somehow, I pulled it all together. But let me tell you… I’d NEVER want to do it that way again.

Following that memorable event, I went on a search for a better solution for managing my event because sticky notes, poster boards, and my elaborate spreadsheet weren’t going to cut it again. When I found Attendance by FundEasy (then called “Ministry Sync”) it was a game-changer!
