Move to your new plan by November 30, 2026 and get 25% off your first year on the annual plan, plus credit for any time left on your current plan. After December 1, the full price applies. The discount covers your first year, and your plan renews at the regular annual price after that.
Why we're making the change
Under the old plans, both your data and your users were limited. Some centers ran out of space and had to upgrade in a hurry. Others had to buy extra storage or user packs just to add a staff member, or hesitated to take on another client because they were close to their limit. Plans kept changing, and it was hard to know where you stood.
That's why we're moving to new plans. They're simpler and more straightforward, and they fit your center better. They also let us keep building eKYROS sustainably for the centers and families who rely on it.
What's changing
- Data, users and locations are unlimited on every plan, so you never have to worry about running out of space.
- Every center moves to one of three plans: Starter, Pro or Unlimited. Your plan is based on how many clients and donors are in your database.
- Billing moves to Stripe. After a one-time setup payment, your plan renews automatically, so there's no yearly invoice to track down.

The 25% move-early discount applies to your first year on the annual plan for centers that move by November 30, 2026. After the first year, your plan renews at the regular annual price. We'll place your center in a plan based on your account, and you're always welcome to choose the plan above it.
Monthly plans are billed each month. The 25% move-early discount applies to the first year of annual billing. A 3-year contract is also available; ask our team for details.

Common questions
How do I know which plan my center will be on?
Your plan is based on how many clients and donors are in your eKYROS database. We'll place you in the right plan based on your account, and you can choose the plan above it if you'd like more room to grow.
What happens if I don't move by November 30?
You'll receive a one-time setup invoice for your new plan through Stripe on December 1. It's due January 1, 2027, at the full annual price.
What is the one-time setup payment?
It's the first payment on your new plan, made through Stripe. Once it's set up, your plan renews automatically, so you won't need to watch for a yearly invoice.
What about the time left on my current plan?
When you move early, you'll receive credit for any time remaining on your current plan.
Can I pay monthly?
Yes. You can pay annually, monthly or with a 3-year contract. Paying annually is the best value, and it's the rate the 25% move-early discount applies to. The discount covers your first year only. After that, your plan renews at the regular annual price.

Is PlusLink included?
